HELP! Locked out of a Focus...
Discussion
Not me, but a good friend... Right now... From a Focus (Mk1 saloon, approx 99 plate). Key has been lost (and they have no spare key at all).
If anybody has any clever ideas/tricks/knows anybody in the Bolton area that could help, you'd be aiding a damsel in distress greatly (again - not me... I'm no damsel!)
Failing that, the window needing smashing, and it needing towing - anybody know if dealers will be able to make up keys for the car, or is it a replace the locks job?
PMing me to keep details off the forums is fine. Thanks all - much appreciated!

You will require window smashing tool number 3. Get the car recovered to a Ford Main Dealer. They will remove one of the locks and should be able to cut a key from the barrel code. Then you will have to have the key coded to the car. About £180 for the key and programming plus whatever they charge to remove the lock.

try goggle, half tennis ball and door locks, not sure if it works but on my old focus, sometimes i had to push on the door where the locking rod was for it to open, saying that it was while turning the key aswell, some say myth some say not, but if a was a desperado then id try it
