Ill start...

Headers
Valve guides
Seat potentiometers - spider
Corrosion on butresses - GTB/S
Rusty sill covers
Bubbles on AC panel
Shrinking leather on airbag
Air injection rail fracturing
Rattle exhaust byepass valve (spring losing tension or bushing wearing out).
Leaky seal on GTS roof panel
ECU water ingress leading to fail
Issues with sensor on cat converters
Original cats are crap
Front hubs corrode (danegrously) unless they were replaced under recall
Spider roof frame can get bent if not serviced regularly
People forget that the belt tensioners need replacing if they only do a engine in belt change

...I need help for the rest now...

Yep, I meant that under headers.

Best and cheapest fix is send them to QV to get them rewelded - dont think they have had any repeat failures = c.£500.

What a load of rubbish smile

People who don't know what to check when the belts are changed do this. Engine in or out.

Fairy muff. Didn't think you could change the tensioners engine in situ.

Anyway...tensioners should be on the list.

Also..radiators getting punched by rocks etc. if no challenge grills are fitted to side intakes.
