I see that Time Factors have an updated website. I spotted this http://www.timefactors.com/new1.htm and though it does resemble the 50 Fathoms / Breitling SuperOcean Heritage watches, I am strangely drawn to it...

Is already sold out until the next batch, but it does look really nice.

Wonder if Eddie would do the B with the no rads dial?

I was wondering the opposite - can he do the PRS-50 without the No Rads dial?

I like the PRS 50 with the rads dial and have just managed to get hold of one (and a Speedbird 3, expensive few days) the B version looks exceptional too.

No, this was asked about at the time and ISTR he refused. What he can do though is supply a white date wheel if one prefers black on white text. There has also been talk about possible retrofit of the sapphire onto the B or the acrylic from the B onto the older 50, as the case designs are the same. Nobody as yet has said they have acquired one but I predict a few ppl may go this route if possible, the acrylic seems to be a bit controversial. I love the look and feel of it but as noted in threads on TZ-UK, because it sits a fair way from the dial, the dial looks distorted from pretty much every angle other then head on (I have looked at mine a hell of a lot the past few days).

Not made my mind up yet if I will keep mine.

I like the look of them, I had a Mk II StingRay which is also a homage to the 50 Fathoms, but didn't really get on with it somehow.

I'd keep an eye on the TZ-UK sales corner - knowing what people are like there will be a few of the first 50 for sale shortly.

I think most of these time factors watches closely resemble other watches.

This one in particular openly sets out to be a recreation of the 50 Fathoms (and the Breitling is itself a copy of the FF, so the resemblance there is unsurprising).
