And Kenny Nowling was the one telling NHRA they need to race 1/8th mile and stop killing his hero's. ADRL have now pulled out of the MotorMile 4th July race, I think originally citing a lack of spectator and racer facilities and acreage of the site but later stating that the National Guard (sponsors of ADRL) had seen the video and didn't want anyone racing there in their name. Last I heard there were lawsuits and counter claims flying around as it was a three year contract of which only two had been run. David Hagan (owner of the MotorMile track) said he'd also litigate against Heartland Park (Topeka) if the event was staged there as third party in the case.
