Get a paperclip, straighten it out, push it in the little hole next to the eject button

Has it got a pin hole at the front of the drawer? Stick a pin or a match in it, and it should pop open.

What about right click on the drive in explorer and eject if the button is knacked?

Should be a little hole in the front.

Get a big paperclip and stick it in this hole. Hey presto one ejected CD...

When both methods (paperclip and right-click/eject) fail for me, first principles worked - thumbnails in both ends of the tray and pull!

Just make sure the drive isn't writing anything or you'll screw up the disk.
