cooper s 1275 short motor on sale

i have a 1275 S motor, it consists of thin wall 1275, S block bored to +40, S crank on +10 mains needs a grind, powermax flat top pistons, probably needs rings, S rods. Good tapers on the crank etc.
Iv been told its worth upto £1000, so a good ofer over £600 would buy it.
