Anyone used valvoline VR1 5w50 synthetic oil?

Is it any good? Its half the price of other fully sythetic racing oils does that mean its half as good? Wondering if it would be better to change the oil twice as often or have twice as expensive oil in for twice as long?

I`ve bought valvoline to go in mine when its finished, a good oil apparently, and recommended by joo as well, I know you get what you pay for, but think that a lot of brand name oils charge an extra amount for the name, as with most products.as long as the oil is changed regularly then shouldn`t be any problems` everyone has their own preferences though.
