'Old School' Hot Rod in Houx

Did anyone see that 'old school' type Hod Rod that 'V8 burbled' through Camp Houx a few times?

It looked a bit 'spartan' to have been driven there, I may be wrong..

I was too slow (and lazy with beer in hand..)to get a picture of it !

No, not that one. There was a proper hot rod - 'era specific' or 'rat rod', take your pick - around the site. Was red with a gear lever off a truck or something !! Proper old school hot rod with short headers and lots of noise !!

That was the rat, Iv got a picture of that somewhere ill do some digging.

The chap was talking about it in the Tertre rouge bar, it was brought over on a trailer. you should have seen the look on the Gendarmes faces as he blasted under the bridge on Sunday afternoon!

Saw it go past a couple of times, by god did it sound good, although I'm bloody glad it didn't go past at 3 in the morning while I was trying to sleep!
