I was checking the configurator for C63, when you opt for 19"wheels(I actually prefers the 18"), you also get wheelarch widening for AMG wheels, but looking at the pics of those with 19" wheels fitted, I could not spot any differences whatsoever..have I missed something?

Does it mean a small bit of plastic that sits at the bottom of the rear arches, to extend them? They fitted something like that to the AMG flavour CL ....

I've just studied the pics, and both 18 and 19" wheel arches has those plastic strips. So where exactly did they widened the arches?

Fender rolling: in the case of Mercedes, it means that the folded inside lip of the wheelarch is pushed back in further. Interestingly, this modification has been required for big wheels for decades now: I think it is the engineers' way of making it plain that bigger wheels rarely are any better.
