Is a yellow Ferrari easier to sell than a red Ferrari?????
Discussion
I was having this discussion with a friend the other day and although we both agreed that a red Ferrari is probably the easiest colour to sell on, neither of us knew about yellow. How easy is it to sell on? I know that some colours for example silver can (in some models, say a 355) be harder to sell on. Anyone tried to sell a yellow Ferrari, how was it, particularly modern cars i.e 355, 360, 430 etc.

Yellow is the kiss of death for resale - unless of course you are lucky enough to find a buyer who is desperate for that colour.
Agreed. I have just sold a yellow F car, but I went in to it with my eyes wide open, knowing that it would be harder to sell...and it was. The trade are very cautious about yellow and that will be reflected in the bids you get. I ended up selling for about £3-4k less than a red car.132 said:
