Following on from the Thumb Shake thread. I was at an interview this morning when greeted I received 2 'gay' handshakes with no strength at all from either person. Im a big believer in firm handshakes but when I felt thier weak grip I kind of deflated me - mind you they were about to start 2 days of interviewing in a row...

EDIT: Mods - sorry, can you edit the title to Handshakes or something appropriate wink

yes I find weak handshakes very strange, there's something unsettling about it.

Correct though nothing also worse than the guy that feels he has to prove how manly he is by trying to fold your knuckles in 1/2
