Brilliant food eh? I love them.

Here's a question though, eggs stay fresh, even un-refrigerated, for ages, right? But what if I cook some and leave them in the shells. Seems like boiling them and thereby killing most of the bacteria should keep them fresh even longer, but it sort of feels wrong to be eating an egg you cooked weeks ago...so I haven't.

So, do eggs in their shells stay fresh after cooking?

Cheers,

FT.
