Leaking Abmi Pur Car Freshner (Damage to Centre Console A6)

I have just removed the Ambi pur air vent clip on car air fresheners from both our vehicles, as the one I had in my Audi A6, leaked and caused the paint finish on the centre console and air vent slat to peel off.

Can anyone help on where I could get it repaired from?

Be warned do not use these things (Ambi Pur car fresheners) are corrosive if they leak.
