Hotwaterheads : Boilers Matter

any central heating engineers out there... I've got a worcester 28cdi boiler... the diaphram in the diverter valve packed up in the winter so that currently diverted to a switch, before i was going to replace the diverter valve, but now it looks like the plate to plate heat exchanger also needs changing as it appears to be blocked due to only luke warm hot water..

should I go ahead and change the diverter valve and heat exchanger or should I look to replacing the entire boilers as its probably on the way out..

any suggestions, or even peeps in the midlands ( kidderminster) that fancy giving me a price
