Twin Spot Headlight Pods - Any Photos?

Anyone got any information/photos on twin spot headlight pod conversions?

I'm guessing they use 90mm projectors?

As many as you can send would be great. I'm looking at having a go at a bit of fibreglass moulding (just for fun!). Have a spare pair of pods I can play around with now. Another winter project!!

Thanks to all (and Swanny for emailing the photos).

Phoned Webbs who did the original conversion, but they sold everything, including the moulds on Ebay.

Someone must have bought them...anyone know????

Will try Fibreon tomorrow, but looks like they just offer the bodywork conversion. I had the front end resprayed last year, so don't want to go this route.

I think the zertec ones were the best,that's why I have them! Now for sale with a 500 free of charge , see clasifieds.

I must be in the minority - but personally I think the car has lost something with the twin headlight conversion, I prefer the original look.

The nice thing about doing the conversions in the pod is that it's reversible. When yopu really stand and study the car from the front the original 5" lights start to look lost and weedy in there. The twin light is effective and looks different but I waiver from liking it to not liking it. The SE 7" lights look a lot better. I'm wondering if the Lupo conversion that's been done on a few Chims would fit in there

I can get you the measurements from the back of a pod. I have a spare in the garage.

That might be handy. I'm sure it's a 7" light unit so as that's what was fitted to the SE I guess it will fit with modding, but I was wondering if the Lupo light unit protrudes too far forward and so would interfere with the Griff's pod cover as the lens is not flush?
