Veal Steaks

I picked up a couple of veal steaks on the weekend from a local farm shop, having never cooked it before do you guys have any ideas what is best way to cook them?? Would it be exactly the same way as beef??

Cook them in exactly the same way as you would cook a really good beef steak rare.

Done well, veal is the nicest meat there is, imho.

you can use any veal steaks but fillet is best
