Define "last"?
12 months, 5 years?
If a first relationship lasts for 12 months then in my opinion thats a good un, if it lasts five years then good for you. My neighbours are about 21 and have been together since they were 14 but they argue like two badgers in a tree stump is that good? I dont know.
If you are with a first OH for a long time, 5+ years, then one of you will get that "I wonder if" syndrome.

But then again, my longest relationship was 2 years so what do I know.

I know of 4 couples who were lurvers from school - 3 made it to about 15 years and the other is still going but....I suspect in this day and age of short attention span and instant gratification, you won't find many like this anymore.
This is so what i worry about, i think that with all the pressure of moving away to uni and just the general lifestyle today, can there really be such a thing as staying with your first partner?Melissa_ said:
