Indie Vauxhall dealer in Greenock area wanted

Hi, usual story, brother's bog standard diesel Astra has had to be towed to a dealer as kept cutting out and RAC and their diagnostics couldn't find out reason.

Dealer looking for between £30 and £60 to diagnose fault, and have already noticed that a gearbox bolt is missing and that will be £49 before we even test drive the car etc etc

Would much rather book it into a recommended Indie rather than a dealer who sees him as a license to print money (or thats the feeling he has got anyway)

Can anyone recommend someone in the area with full Vauxhall diagnostics and knows a bit about diesel Astras (2004)
