ECU query?

on the 3rd page down on the ECU there is a box DThrottle mostly is says ok but if I blip the throttle with the engine running it says "no control" momentarily. Is this normal or do I have a problem?

Also the lambda boxes say disabled above circa 70% throttle - is this normal as well?
