What event in history would you like to witness?
Discussion
Hmm, there is so many, the birth of the sun, the birth of the earth. Maybe the start of life on the planet or the moment the dinosaurs were wiped out.
Then again witnessing the birth of jesus to see if he was real would be good as would seeing the fall of rome or the construction of the pyramids.
It's a really hard one but I think I'd like to go back and be one of the 15 that stuffed that PHers wife.

Difficult. I know lots of major events in history because I'm a bit history nut on the side....
I would go for WW2 (my fave subject)
Which part of WWII?

Would it be the signing of the treaty at the end, or perhaps one of the major battles, D-Day?Probably D-Day. OR Stalingrad. Only if we can't get shot or killed.

To watch Krakatoa blow it's top would have been quite something I imagine (but I'd have to remember my ear defenders...the noise was heard up to 3000 miles away).
I would also have liked to have seen the mega-tsunami in Lituya Bay, from a high vantage point! The wave at it's highest point reached 1720 feet high.
