30k service questions

Dear chaps/ chapesses,
Got the 'Ro booked in for its 30k service and first MOT (cars actually done 23k), and was wondering what gets done for that particular service as its a little more expensive than normal, not including the MOT of course? Still a good price mind you
Quite surprised when they said they would also give the car a free health check and if it needs anything that can be rectified under warranty they would action it before the warranty expires.

They did the same for me. Very nice of them. I think they may be ensuring loyal custom perhaps. Or at least the dealers are obtaining maximum claim from GMV

Maybe, just maybe, some of the dealerships have turned the corner regards customer care?
