Heads up for anyone ho has a makro card.

I have consistently found Makro own prepacked meat to be of very high quality. In partcular the large packs of bacon- they are very very thick cut, with very little water and extremely tasty. have also had very veyr good resutls with the non scottish pre packed Sirloin. usually wouldn't touch the stuff, but needed a bulk load for a party cheaper than the local butcher (who wanted £90!), stuff i bought in Makro was £45 and out of this world for taste and tenderness.

Have tried the steak now 3 times and had good results every time.

a big thumbs up for Makro!

I got a couple of packs of pork ribs and barbequeued them a few weeks ago. They were excellent considering they were only 6 quid each and fed about 15 people.

My uncle swears by makro meat for the sunday roast and BBQ's

And judging by some of the size joints he does its very good value for money.
