Jacko tickets

So you have some tickets and if you bought from a primary source then you are ok, but what about the ones like the Muppet that paid £2k for them this morning!!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2X-MICHAEL-JACKSON-TICKETS-T... are you going to get face value back or the price you paid for them. As I see it Ebay sellers don't have any legal responsibility to return anything above face value

I noted this morning that folks were STILL listing tickets for the shows. Surely they new by then?

eBay have now pulled all auctions for Jacko tickets.

the person who originally purchased the tickets will get face value back. The one who won them on Ebay will not be able to get anything from the ticket company, they will have to try and get the rebate from the original Ebay seller but there only going to have the cover value refunded to them.


So the long and the short of it is if you have tickets from anywhere other than Ebay your alright, if you got them through Ebay your screwed in the bum bum.

If you'd paid for them via paypal within the last 45 days you can put a claim in for a refund. If you'd paid by credit credit you could pursue a claim through the credit card company. Other than that as it's ebay you'll probably be shafted.

How does that work tho?

if you buy a ticket then its your issue, no? No matter if you bought it from a tout, etc... you pay the tout the premium and then the contract is with the ticket holding company and you have lost your premium if in the case of Jacko, he dies!!
