No you don't. The B5 RS4 wheels and the TT wheels may look the same but they have a totally different off set and PCD, whatever you do don't go buying anything for an RS4 "thinking" they are the same.

He already has the wheels, he just thinks they need spacing out a bit.

I'd say 10mm all round would be about right. Make sure you get hub centric spacers, H&R are about the best. Give Damian a call at DPM Performance, he usually has them available and his prices are pretty good too.

Thanks Mitch 78 glad someone was on the ball!
So now the remap and diverter valve
I guess the Forge item is the best?

Forge 007 is probably the most popular choice, Ive got one on my Golf and its doing what its meant to, the standard Bosch ones are prone to the diaphragm splitting resulting in a leak, the Forge one should last a good while and cope with the extra boost from the re-map.

Quite a few cheap copies on ebay though, so makesure its a real one if your not getting it direct from Forge or after market parts company.

As has been said, H&R spacers all day long.

As for the dump valve then go for the Forge 007, really nice but of kit and just do what they're supposed to!.

If you're getting it remapped then get a green cotton panel filter too. Also watch out for any coil pack issues as the remap will highlight them. You may need to clean your throttle body out too.

Apparently the oil used in the Pipercross and K&N filters can cause problems with the MAF, but Ive not really read anything concrete about it.

Like the guy above me has said, Ive got a Green cotton panel filter, some people have done quite a lot of data logging for different filters in the UK MKIV site and the Green filter and standard air box are a good combination according to their results.

No experience of the Bailey DV Im afraid.

I ordered my Forge 007 and Green filter from here, as they were the cheapest, quick delivery too: http://www.jkm.org.uk/performance/shop.htm
