I'm just dreaming of how spend my imaginary bonus and have come up with the following choices but need a little input from the PH watch/style gurus biggrin

In my mind they both serve the same purpose so only want to get one.

1. Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chrono

2. Rolex Explorer II

What would you go for and why?

one of these?

or possibly one of these?

Just came across this picture on another forum.

Titanium Panerai 177. Love the titanium case.

Dornbluth would be 2nd choice.

If it's a chrono I would get a Speedy Pro, if not then the orange P.O.

I have a Speedy, it's a classic for sure, in the near future I will get a P.O. as I can abuse that a bit more (swimming etc)

Panerai #1 for me. I ax the Rolex and the PO, not my style. Dornbluth is pretty nice for a classic style.

Out of the two I have akways fancied an Explorer II with a white face but when I found one a few years ago when they were very rare I really didn't like it on my wrist.

Having said that I do believe on the right wrist it is the classier watch.

From the other two I have recently been keen on the Panerai but out of the two shots I can see I like the Dornbluth.

Dornblüth for me. Can't quite stretch to one of these at the moment but I have just ordered a Stowa MO which is similar, but much cheaper biggrin. Roll on October bounce

If you tend to dress smartly, Dornblüth. If you tend to dress down, Panerai. As for the first two, the Omega is too fussy.

Dornblüth would be my choice, but they are neither cheap, or easily obtainable.
