Been told im not polite enough
Discussion
In my emails, I sign off my business emails with:
Regards
Paul
I have been told I should add something like "thanks and best regards"
Am I too abrupt? I have to send a lot of emails so have "Regards Paul" as part of my signature so I do not have to type it each time. Am I being abrupt? or should I flower it up a bit?
Regards
Paul

Regards,
The Moose.
Seriously though. If it's buisiness, it should be kept as something like 'regards' rather than a personal message, depending on the customer I suppose. But something short and formal IMO sounds more professional.
