which pub in nottingham?
Discussion
Hi,
Im on a relatively civilised stag in nottingham next sat and we're going for dinner at a house in park valley near the castle. We want to go to decent bar afterwards before the "art club" but I dont want to mess about with taxis or walk for miles.
Trip to jerusalem is near is that any good? will there be any totty in there to lear at? Ive heard the pitcher and piano is good is it worth the trek to there? will there be a prob 7 blokes getting into places 10.30ish sat night?
thanks for any advice

Ye Olde Trip is a really good pub, one of my regular drinking haunts.
The Bell Inn near the Market Square is another good one, outdoor seating area for learing too - me and my mate do it most weeks
Pitcher and Piano is good too, in a converted church, drinks are a bit pricey but totty is plentiful (and pricey too!)
All of them should have a decent atmosphere at 10.30pm and I'll probably see you in at least one of them
Which 'art-club' are you heading to?

You won't have to queue to get into any of the pubs I mentioned. Pitcher and Piano will probably be busiest so you'll be queueing at the bar for a while, but not to get in I wouldn't have thought. Most of the students have buggered off for summer now so it'll be a bit quieter anyway
I genuinely can't think where Flirtz is to be honest! I've not been myself
