750kg with most stuff on it, getting it down to 550 may be possible, but thats with no doors/roof/windscreen a light alloy engine (bike one?) and possible a trick alloy axle and fiber glass leaf springs. Learn to weld aluminium and just replace everything.

The lightest one I ever owned was my first- based on a 105E Anglia but with a 1500 engine and 4speed Corsair gearbox. Also it had 13" wheels and didn't carry a spare. No roll bar either. That weighed in at 620kg.
My current 1700 5speed with 15" wheels (and a spare) is up to 850kg.
