Is she mental? or worth meeting up?

Well I have an ex girlfriend from way back while still at school (Admittedly only 7 years ago) get back in touch the other day.
A bit of background on her is we went on a climbing expedition in China, all of us from Yorkshire. There was a distinct lack of talent, as well 16-18 year old girls aren't interested in climbing. So the limited female content of the expedition were in high demand. So I did what I had to do and stretch the truth a little about me, as any 16/17 year old would do if he thought he was going to be nuts deep by the end of the evening. Which worked. Hoorah!
After a fair few weeks together we go back to the real world in the UK, I expect never to see her again. Then she moves to York after school for uni and we meet up and once again nuts deep in her after a night out.
So at this point I am liar and also clearly not going to calling her on previous experience. She then decides after I don't call to start hanging around the bars I go to. So I do the decent thing and get her and mate together for a bit of dinner followed by slap and tickle for a few weeks. Now she is off my back. Eventually we don't speak.
Until yesterday I get a message on the Facebook asking how I was and if I wanted to meet up. This followed by a brief history of what we had both been up to and me explaining I was in the South of France. She knew this and was going to be heading down soon. Now this isn't very widely known where I am, apart from friends and work colleagues. There is no one I can think of who would of told her, and she wouldn't say who either.
So she knows I am a billy BSer, who isn't one for relationships.
She knows where I am right now, which is odd as not usually here.
Best bit is she now works for Greenpeace which she knows I hate. As well as me being a capitalist and her a commie.
She also knows I am a big petrol head. So we are complete exact opposites.
So question the big question is should I meet her? and is she mental?
