interesting and frustrating few days.

Started last Thurs. Started her up and didnt sound right. Drivers side Carbon can flapping around (was ok 2 days ago and hadnt been used since....hmmm). after lots of faffing about and sharp intakes of breath from various garages/exhaust centres, finally found a really helpful garage that welded it for £35 almost there and then. excellent job mr PJ autos in byfleet. Today, I start her up, and b*gger me, dashboard black all gear change warning lights on, (at least they all work!) and pretty damn bright as well. Tried all sorts of things, fuses check for loose connections etc. decided to give it a real fault to think about(start engine with door open) and wibble! all back to normal with the addition that the passenger door window/opening sequence has fixed itself as well. Perhaps if I kick the tyres the shocks will upgrade themselves to nitrons!

Can you pop by and blow on my engine or something? Maybe it will stop puffing blue smoke.Daston said:

Thats a really good point, and I wish I had thought of it!. Thinking now what an arc welder could do to TVR's highly robust electronics is frightening. but mine seems to be all right this time! - hang on, OSF side light not working rens
