Has anyone had dealings with the sales dept? How was your experience? They seem to be uninterested in selling cars.....Is it just me?! I have had only excellent dealings with the servicing dept so cannot understand the contrast within one dealership.

Yes I agree! went in this dealership a few years ago to place an order for a RRS "this was a booked appointment" sat there for one hour being ignored so went somewhere else

I wouldnt call them salesmen there just ordertakers

Sounds like you have been unlucky, i have always had nothing but good service from the Sales Team.

The Sales Manager is Andy Grant, maybe worth giving him a call and letting him know you are not getting the service you require.
