Good. Ex-army boxer too.

'Photos of the burglar looked like he had a car crash', 'photos of the scene looked like a murder scene' hehe

Could we not all chip in and send Frank an appreciation card?
Might take a while to get us all to sign it......

Robbing your neighbour is pretty fking stupid, without a full ski mask the chances of being recognised are pretty high!

EFA!

I think that despite getting a kicking, 4 1/2 years is a bit lenient for aggravated burglary and attacking a pensioner with a knife?

Why does that news paper have a Jade Goody section?

Is that like some combination of travel, entertainment, and the obits over in blighty?

Nice one.

I'm just glad that the old fellow didn't get arrested.

read that both of them were having major arguments, hence the reason why the attacker got the minimum sentence, but so glad that the old guy was an ex boxer smile

Great! Perhaps even more refreshing was the Judge's comments. They usually take pity on the poor burglars who were unfairly beaten up while robbing a house...
Only problem is that scrote will probably come back (with mates) and do the old boy. He's going to want revenge.

Seems you can get away with it by using your fists and not a weapon. In case it happens to anyone else you'll just have to make sure the baseball bat is cleaned and put away after and stick to your story, the crim will always lie about it anyway. smile

How to explain a shotgun wound as a punch might be a little tricky though.
