Obviously not all PHers are as nice as SAS - Prom Ride!
Discussion
Take a look at this thread about a young boy wanting a lift to a prom in a nice car. Loads of nice TVR owners, and one t
t with a Lambo posting up on the second page (WIJ933).

Almost a blood boiling moment reading his ott comments, and I genuinely felt sorry for the woman trying to do something nice for her son.
Thank goodness for local people like Pete (verysideways) and Brian (Aeroman)

That geezer with the Lambo is Weapons grade Knob
Can I second the above quote????
It is a nice thing that Pinky39 is doing for her son and a person should be honored to make that special day just a little more special. I have 20 Canadian dollars for the first person to post pictures of a YELLOW Lambo M. in the Anglia area with a bag of birdseed spilled on it. Please don't buy the cheap seed that causes the runs/squirts as our little feathered friends deserve better. Hope WIJ933 enjoys his new little feathered friends.....
When I read his first part I could actually understand a bit where he was coming from, a fiver is indeed worse than giving nothing as it's a pretty insulting amount. It's either a favour or not, by chucking him a fiver it's almost like you think you are covering costs, but you clearly won't be - better then to leave it as it should be and that's as a favour. Oddly spending a fiver on a few beers or bottle of wine is not insulting, it has involved a bit more effort and gets away from financial reimbursement and it now becomes just a token of thanks - fine with that.
Sadly lambo man does go on to say "....but the least you can do is cover what its cost me to do YOU the favour!!!!" Which now does however mark him out as a cock - if that's the way of thinking that enables you to drive a Lambo, I think I'll stick with my humble tvr's.

It's always kicking off in East Anglia!
I'm surprised that their regional commander didn't call an extraordinary general meeting and appoint someone to be responsible for getting forms signed in triplicate before a "member of public" sat in a PHers car..Ever heard of charitable acts?

I still don't know why a website needs another website to 'support' it.
