Anyone recommend someone?
Background is, person has been selected for redundancy some criteria seem harshly marked (scored low in relation to future prospects) which "could" (at a first impressions) be down to the fact the person is 3 months pregnant, Due to this they're seeking to gain some proffesional advice.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations, thought I'd ask here as this place always throws up good advice

Doesn't answer your question, but the criteria are scored as at the date the assessment is done, not on some hypothetical date in the future or based on some extrapolated expectation of what they may become.
You can of course have criteria in there which relate to 'potential' if you so wish.
