suspension bike on airplane

quick question ,.....I'm taking my bike on a plane tomorrow & I know I have to deflate my tires before it's loaded on.

Anyone know wether I need to release the air pressure form my rear shock too ?

The hold's pressurised, so you're fine. I've never depressurised tyres, forks or rear shock, and have never had an issue.

True, I've done it on my bike at least 20-30 times. They put it in the pressurised hold, so never had to worry.

Had a superb time in Les Gets ... only down side was being stung by Jet2 for excess baggage on the way out , turns out 20Kg is the max 'free' weight !!
