Vodka Martini

An American friend of mine got me into vodka martinis a while ago and I've tried a number of different takes on it.

I can't be arsed with shaking or stirring so my current lazy version is Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka with a splash of Noilly Prat and a couple of Ice Cubes.

I'm going to ruin any hint of sophistication by saying that I like to have an accompaniment of Salt and Vinegar Square Crisps along side of it.

My absolute favourite vodka martini is made with a aged Polish called Siwucha, and a twist of lime... Sublime this time of year...
