Ok we all have them, the one you don't really mind if gets knocked about a bit, but if the truth be known you wouldn't like to lose it?
Here's mine, to be honest more people comment on it than my Omega Seamaster!!!!

My Sea Dweller... Although I'd be gutted if it went walkies.
It was bought as a functional watch, to take a good battering. It feels like it was hewn from granite so no worries there.
If it got lost I'd be very pissed of as it was an engagement gift from the wife and the fact that it was the last of the original type.
Only half answered the question.

If I had seen that at Xmas I may well have got that instead of the Tag Carrera I have at the moment. Its really nice. I can't really justify ANOTHER black faced chrono as I have an AstroAvia R7 for when I am cycling into work. Although after the Tag is does feel too light. I'm hoping a Nato strap will sort it out, but if not this is SO on the list! Here's mine, to be honest more people comment on it than my Omega Seamaster!!!!

I am a big fan of EMAS available at www.timepieces.co.uk
Story goes they started as a "lend" watch in swanky hotels whilst you Patek or Rozza was in the safety deposit box.........they're quite funky with a variety of coloured/polycarbonate straps!
Speak to Bettina at Timepieces........great service!

Hmmm...think that's just what it is...story. Somehow can't see your average Patek wearer being thrilled at the prospect of donning one of those beauties.Story goes they started as a "lend" watch in swanky hotels whilst you Patek or Rozza was in the safety deposit box.........they're quite funky with a variety of coloured/polycarbonate straps!

Anyway......the point being it's a nice "cheap".......thats all!
here's a cheap (£40 second hand) seiko alfie chrono, i love it to bits but i'm such a clumsy bleeder that i daren't wear it, i know i'll scratch it to bits or worse...
i tend to wear this altanus most of the time, it has already got battlescars from the radiator in the dining room (it gets bashed on the radiator everytime i go in there
)
it cost £90 second hand and is a nice large and comfy to wear timepiece...
Unitas powered Altanus Flieger...

I won it for letter of the month in Octane this month so when it arrives I'll let you all know what I think but, and a big but, it'll have to be something to make me take the Monster off my wrist. Mine too is black faced - thought the orange a bit out of step with my age group! I got that from rkwatchhouse on Fleabay after seeing them recommended here and I have to say the service was superb.
One of these would be my perfect watch.. http://www.europeanwatch.com/10167.htm
