I'm there all three days, there's usualy quite a few mobile bars dotted all over the site so we'll have to choose an area in which to meet.

That can be sorted along with the time though. Try make it convinient for everyone, rather than: Meet there at x o'clock..

How about a 12 noon meet at the startline bar...get there before the others

Is that one under cover?

Always favoured the tents on the cricket pitch type area in the past?
