St Johns in Smithfields, anyone been?
Discussion
Whichever you go to you won't be disappointed - But they do use erm, differing bits of the animal.
If you do end up at St John's try his signature dish - Bone Marrow - Yum....
If you end up at SOS you can identify your steak farmer - Go for the top floor and if the waether holds, a table outside - The views of Smithfield market are sublime and unique.
And lay a place for me

Fergus Henderson at St John is a bit crazy. His food is meant to be sublime and I would love to eat there.

Another +ve vote for the top floor at Smiths. I've also heard they do a mean fry-up on the ground floor too - you could spend all Sunday in there, working your way up...
As good as the view is on the top floor, the food doesn't live up to the description/price. There's nothing wrong with it, but I could get similar (without the description about what the cows mother ate for breakfast) for about a third less, admittedly without the view of the market.Ground floor and first floor dining are good though...
