Turkish Coffee
Discussion
Just got back from a holiday to Turkey having fallen in love with Turkish coffee.
I don't know how it's regarded amongst Coffee aficionados but I can;t get enough of the stuff.
We bought an Ibrik (copper pot for preparing Turkish Coffee)and some coffee and it's been really easy to make at home.
Is a Turkish coffee just a gritty espresso and I'm waxing lyrical about nothing or are there any other Turkish Coffee fans out there?
