Office Aircon Re-gas

Abit of a long shot really but the aircon units in our offices are in need of a re-gas. We've had somebody come and check the units out and apparently they are in tip-top shape but they won't re-gas them as they use the R22 refrigerant.

They claimed that it was illegal and we'd have to purchase new aircon units but we know for a fact that it's perfectly legal to re-gas them with R22 refrigerant until 2010.

Does anybody here re-gas aircon or know of anyone who is honest and reliable enough to re-charge the units without attempting to force us into buying new units?
