Well after a long chat with the mrs the usual happened and i lost

The cars got to go, i will be buying the house without a garage
If you know anyone after a nice sound S1 with a 2.9 then please point them in my direction
Seriously gutted but the house wins, got to be sensible i suppose!

You can't have a house without a garage . I'm just adding a double one to my house and that will be taken up by storage, I may not even get a car in it.

Trade Down would be a nice option, however that involves actually selling the Chim..
