Help Please - Group Requires a Trackday

Hi, I'm trying to organise a trackday for 8-10 people in Aug but cost limit is £1500 (circa £150 per person)

I'm taking my Ultima GTR but ideally need two more trackday cars so there will be plenty of tracktime for people.


Oh, ideally need around the Midlands/Northampton e.g. Mallory, Silverstone (South?), Donnie etc...

Anyone know if this is possible for this price?

Suggestions and recommendations welcome.

It's possible - nearly. 3 x track day places at 2 x caterham superlights at Rockingham/Donington will cost you around £2k with BaT all inc.

other companies may be able to provide cheaper cars, but the track day element alone is going to cost you £600-900 i'd have thought.

Similar price from BHP at Oulton Park on 1 September. 3 track day places plus Cat 7, plus Elise, plus garage all inclusive for just under £2k.

You could try motorsport events http://www.motorsport-events.co.uk/

Most of the venues they use are airfields so are a bit cheaper than proper tracks. Abingdon is probably the nearest venue to the Midlands. They do hire cars out so try phoning Natasha and see what can be done.

Hi Rob

We are running a day at Mallory on Saturday Sept 5th and could sort two cars plus your Ultima on track with open pitlane, up to ten drivers and instruction included but again it would probably be towards the the £2k mark depending on what cars you required.
