Where can I get a 24mm nato strap?

I'd like a black one but with black steel fittings. I've seen some that aren't heat welded at strapfactory.com which are "just as effective if not possibly better" but I'm not convinced

It's a military surplus supplier and the do the strap in two width fittings and in a multitude of different colours. All brand new of course.
