Advice please.

Anyone got details of any nice xc routes in the FOD? It's halfway between me and a mates house so a convenient place to take the bikes to.

Singletrack and xc trails would be ideal.

Not sure the FoD is what you're looking for if you want XC and single track. I've been a couple of times and it's either family based XC stuff (rather boring) or downhill tracks (much more fun ) with nothing in-between really.

Unless anyone else knows otherwise?

the family trail around the FOD is ok if its not too busy, weekday evenings would be tolerable, anyhting else a nightmare its nothing serious but its quite fast and open so you can get up some good speed http://www.zen95975.zen.co.uk/Images/cycletra.pdf
