Birthday Day Out Help

Next week my friend & i are planning a joint birthday day/night out.
Dress code is as convicts, so everyone's coming in black & white stripey attire, bought / made from various places.
I was thinking of going as the sheriff for these bunch of convicts as none of my friends want to dress as the sheriff.
I've already found a beigey brown coloured shirt, aviators, dark brown tie, sheriff badge etc.
But what colour trousers do they wear?
Shoes etc?
All of the convicts will eb chained / cuffed together.
Everybody knows all of the above just looking for a couple more ideas for a sheriffs outfit on the cheap.
