Hi All,
Just bought myself a rather nice 06 Passat 2.0 Tdi (140) Sport with all the luxury bits on it - All goes well, but just wondered if there was anyway of improving performance without seriously comprising economy or spending a fortune?

Thanks
Matt

Remap will bring it up to 185bhp, well worth it for the money considering it boosts your fuel economy at the same time.

JKM are very good, but by their own admission, seem to be concentrating on the 2.0 TFSI petrol engines.

Avoid the Bluefin like the plague - many Ed30 and S3 owners have reported well documented and proven concerns that the Bluefin did NOT offer ANY increases.

REVO are well and truely excellent, and with their select plus switch, offer the same functions and more, than the Bluefin.

Nick at www.R-Tech.co.uk have an excellent reputation with the 1.9TDIs, and are known to be working on the 2.0TDI. They are very honest and open about what they can and cannot do.

Finally, if anyone has the DPF (standard on the 170, and I think optional on the 140) - sling it in the skip!
