Tag Heuer F1 Kirium

I need a new battery for the above watch, can it be done at my local jeweller or will it have to go back to Tag? Also will it need to be serviced, it is 3 years old.

If it's a quartz does it really have to be serviced after 3 years??? I'd have thought VERY occasionally, if at all.
TBH, I would have thought that a battery change could be done easily without the watch being sent to TAG but I would imagine that taking it to a chain jeweller would see it going back to TAG, Bolton branch at greater cost than necessary.
