PS3 controllers

right, we have 2 ps3's, 3 controllers. 2 of the controllers only seem to work with one ps3 as they have been synchronised with that console...so the ps3 with the game data me and a mate want, only works with one controller! even with another controller plugged in by the usb it still won't work! is there a way to re-synch them so we can use them?? surely sony haven't been so cheeky that once a controller has been used with one console, it can't be used on another...?

Hi ross, not got more than one PS3 so I can't test but there is an accesories option in the settings menu that has a re-assign controller function, may be worth a try if you haven't already.

yeh i tried that, all it does, sadly, is just make the controller currently in use, a different number i.e. from no. 1 to 2.

If I want to use my controller on a different PS3, I plug it in via USB then press the PS button on the front. Never had a problem.
