348 / 355 - storage

Would it be total insanity to store one of these cars outside all year round?
Assuming a car cover was used to keep the worst of the elements off would they survive or turn into a pile of oxidised metal in a couple of months?
They wouldn't just stand they would be in semi regular use but they would most likely be outside for the majority of the year.

This could be a step in the right direction with a de-humidifier.

car covers is going to hold moisture in!,mines left outside alot of the time and i have no trouble!
I agree, its better to let the air circulate so the car can dry out rather hold damp in. Its always difficult to get your car dry to put a cover on it and you cannot put one on when the engine is hot, I would try to sort out some sort of garage / cover if you can. You can always tell on an inspection if a car has lived a lot outside.
Buy a decent breathable car cover
